    We were looking for something ready to move in and NBR Classic fit the bill. Our 2 BHK is 1050 square feet, which feels spacious enough for us. It's located on Begur Main Road, so getting to the highway is pretty straightforward. The children's play area is a nice touch for when we have family visit. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that's common in developing areas. Overall, it was a good experience viewing the property and the price was within our budget, around 38 Lakhs. We are happy with the purchase and look forward to settling in.

    This is my fit property purchase, a 2 BHK in NBR Classic. The built-up area is 1253 square feet, which feels quite large. I chose this location on Begur Main Road because it’s close to Bommanahalli Junction and National Highway 7, making travel easy. The Rain Water Harvesting system is an important environmental feature. The price for my apartment was around 42 Lakhs. While the project was completed in 2014, I am a little concerned about the availability of an Occupancy Certificate. The gymnasium and indoor games are good facilities to have.
