We were renting in a small apartment and needed more space as a growing family. NBCC Square offered us the perfect upgrade. We selected a 3 BHK flat, which is a massive 3079 Sq.ft built up. It’s a significant change from our previous rental. The location in Chinar Park is also beneficial, as Calcutta Public School is only nearby, which is very convenient for our children. Being ready to move in April 2021 was ideal, and we are settling in nicely. The amenities like the gym and swimming pool are great additions for us. The closed car parking is also a plus. The only slight issue is that the metro station, Titumir, is a little over a kilometer away, so it’s not exactly walkable for daily commutes, but manageable.
