    Living at NBCC Imperia has been a very convenient experience for me. As a working professional, I value the 24 x 7 security and the CCTV surveillance the most when I am coming home late. My 2 BHK is spacious and feels very secure. I love the fact that the project is ready to move because I did not want to wait for yeato get possession. The location in Chandrasekharpur keeps me close to all the cafes and shops I need. My only minor complaint is that the visitor parking fills up quite fast, so guests usually have to park outside. Otherwise, the amenities are great and the society is very well managed by NBCC.
