It's a ready to move project, which is good, but buyeshould verify all legal documents thoroughly before investing or moving in.

Decided to buy a 3 BHK in NBCC Golf Homes for my family. The built-up area of 1595 Sq.ft is generous, providing ample space. I really liked the Vastu compliant design and the modular kitchen fittings. The availability of a squash court and tennis court means the kids have plenty of activities. We moved into NBCC Golf Homes about two months ago. The main reason we chose this project was its proximity to The Manthan School, which is literally nearby. My kids can just walk to school now. We got a 2.5 BHK, though the built-up area details were not very clear for this configuration, our 3 BHK has 1115 Sq.ft which is quite spacious for the family. The swimming pool and the amphitheater are great additions for weekend entertainment. The gymnasium is well-equipped too. The location in Sector 4 Greater Noida West is developing nicely. The only small issue is traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the Noida Greater Noida Link road.
