N B Properties mentioned it's ready to move, and they completed the project by December 2023, which is good. The proximity to K K CARE Hospital (0.9 km) was a major factor for me, giving me peace of mind. Also, Alandi Road is easily accessible. The amenities like solid waste management and internal roads are well done. My only concern is the parking situation. They have open and closed parking, but it can get a bit crowded. I hope my parents manage it well. The street lighting is adequate, which is good for security.
