Being ready to move was important, and the proximity to Madhava Kripa School (0.6 km) is fantastic for my kids. They can walk there easily. The hospital, Kasturba Hospital, is also quite close at nearby, which is great for emergencies. The amenities like fire sprinkleare a good safety feature. The only minor issue is that the road leading to the project can get a bit dusty during construction phases nearby. Otherwise, it's a good option for families.
