We liked Navyam Lake View because it's ready to move, which was perfect for us. My partner loved the idea of the swimming pool and the gymnasium for workouts. My office is in Marathahalli, and it’s about a 20-minute drive from here, which is pretty convenient. We looked at a 2 BHK flat, which was around 1100 square feet, and felt quite spacious. The only minor thing is the road leading to the project can get a bit congested during peak houThe lake view from the balcony is a nice bonus, though. Navyam Group seems to have a good reputation.
