Taking the plunge into my fit home purchase was quite nerve wracking, but the team at Navya Developemade it easy to undetand the payment structure for Navya The Central. I opted for the 867 square feet 2 BHK unit. It is great that they have rain water harvesting and storm water drains planned, as water management is a big issue in Hyderabad nowadays. The project is under construction, and I check the progress updates every few weeks. I am a bit concerned about the distance to the bus stop being 3 kilometeaway, which makes having your own transport necessary here. Still, for the price, the quality seems fair and I am excited to get the keys in November 2027.

The 1032 square feet 3 BHK apartment gives us enough space to set up a home office. Navya Developehas been responsive to our queries regarding the fire fighting systems and electricity infrastructure. One minor thing to note is that the rooms are not overly large, so you have to be clever with your interior planning. It is a quiet location in Indresham, which we prefer over the noisy city center. We are banking on the development of the area to increase the value by the time we get possession.
