Having Bethany High School and Narayana Hospital within walking distance (zero distance) is a huge benefit for our family. We wanted a ready-to-move-in property, and this fit perfectly. The distance to Jayadeva Metro Station is nearby, which is accessible. While the project is nice, the traffic on Ram Temple Road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, which is a minor concern for us.
