The carpet area is about 546 square feet for the unit I selected. The location on Mavdi Kankot Road is accessible. Navkar Developeare building this, and it’s expected to be ready by December 2025. I liked the idea of having a swimming pool and a community hall. My only worry is the dust from the ongoing construction, which is quite visible when I visit the site. Hopefully, that will clear up once we move in.
