    I was looking for something close to my office and Navkar Landmark seemed like a good option. The fact that Sahyadri Supepeciality Hospital is nearby is a huge relief, knowing it's so close in case of any emergency. Being ready to move in was also a major plus for me as I didn't want to wait around. The location in Indira Nagar, Chowk is also quite convenient for daily needs. My only small concern is that the road leading to the project can get quite busy during peak hou, making it a bit noisy sometimes. However, the proximity to the Mumbai-Nashik Expressway is good for weekend travel. Overall, it's a decent place for a government employee like me.

The biggest draw for us was having Nashik Cambridge School right at nearby, which is perfect for when we start a family. It’s also ready to move in, so we could settle in quickly.
