    I bought a 2 BHK flat at Navkar Kala Dham because I needed a place that was ready to move into and secure. The apartment is 1062 square feet, which is a good size for me. Being in Chandkheda, it's not too far from the city and has good connectivity via the Visat-Gandhinagar Highway. Navkar Infrastructure has provided good security with a security cabin and 24x7 CCTV. The gymnasium is a bonus for my fitness routine. The only downside is the parking area; it can be a bit tight if you have a large vehicle. The price was 54.8 Lakhs, which was manageable. The sensor-operated dooand lifts are a nice modern touch.
