This project was completed in January 2013 and is ready to move. The price is 7.78 Crore onwards. While the location in Chennai South, specifically West Mambalam, is desirable, the lack of listed amenities is a drawback for rental potential. However, the sheer size of the apartment is a selling point. The absence of OC received information is also something to note, though it's an older project. I believe the resale value will be steady given the area's consistent demand.

This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Navin's Yadhuvanam. It's a 4 BHK with a 5000 square feet built-up area, which feels incredibly large for me as a fit-time buyer. Navin's Housing & Properties developed it. The project is ready to move, and the completion date was back in January 2013. The price is 7.78 Crore onwards. It's located in West Mambalam, which is a decent area. I did notice that dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity can be a bit of an issue sometimes. Also, the OC received status is not available, which made me a bit nervous initially, but the builder assured me about its compliance. The size is the main reason I went for it.

Looking for a new home in Chennai South, we came across Navin's Yadhuvanam. The 4 BHK flats are huge, 5000 square feet built up, which is more than we need right now but good for future-proofing. Navin's Housing & Properties built this project, and it's in West Mambalam. We checked out the Akshar Arbol International School nearby, which is nearby, making it convenient for potential kids. The price point of 7.78 Crore onwards is definitely steep for us, so we are still thinking about it. It is ready to move, which is a big plus. One concern is the traffic in West Mambalam can be quite heavy during peak houWe need to consider if that daily commute will be too much.
