This is my fit home purchase, and I picked Navins Brookfield. I went for a 2 BHK flat which has a built-up area of 918 square feet. The price was around 51 Lakhs, which felt manageable for a fit-time buyer. The location seemed promising, being close to Medavakkam Main Road. I was also impressed by the gymnasium and the library facilities available within the complex. The project is ready to move, which was a huge plus for me as I didn't want to wait. One thing I'm a bit worried about is the water pressure, especially during peak summer days, it tends to drop on higher flooOtherwise, the overall experience has been smooth so far with Navin's Housing & Properties.

We moved into Navins Brookfield about six months ago. The main reason we chose this place was its proximity to Narayana e-Techno School, which is just nearby. My kids can walk to school easily. The 2 BHK flat we got is 918 square feet, which feels spacious enough for us. There's a good children's play area and a swimming pool which the kids love. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex makes it feel quite green. The only issue we've faced is the traffic on Medavakkam Main Road during peak hou, it gets quite congested. Otherwise, it's been a comfortable living experience for the family.

Navins Brookfield seemed like a good option for a ready-to-move property. I bought a 2 BHK unit of 968 square feet. The location in Nanmangalam is quite convenient, with Kauvery Hospital on Radial Road nearby. The price was competitive, around 58 Lakhs. I liked the idea of having a multipurpose hall and indoor games facility within the complex for community gatherings and leisure. The developer, Navin's Housing & Properties, has a track record of timely delivery in other projects, which was reassuring. However, parking can be a bit of a squeeze if you have multiple vehicles, and finding guest parking is sometimes difficult. The construction quality appeasolid.

The built-up area for the 3 BHK is around 1272 square feet, which is quite ample for a family. I appreciate the 24x7 security provided, it gives peace of mind. The price was within my budget, costing around 65 Lakhs. The maintenance staff has been responsive to the few queries I've had. The only minor drawback is that the OC received status is not available, which was a bit concerning initially, but the project was completed in 2010. Overall, it's a decent place to live.
