We were actively searching for a ready to move apartment in Chennai South for our growing family. Navin Malola in Nanganallur stood out. We opted for a 3 BHK, which provides ample space at 1090 square feet built up. The proximity to D. A. V. School (1.5 km) and Rainbow Children's Hospital (1.5 km) was a major deciding factor for us. It's also well-connected via Jawaharlal Nehru Road and the Chennai Trichy Highway. Navin's Housing & Properties delivered this project quite some time ago, in March 2002, so it's an established community. The lift facility is essential for us. We did find the room sizes to be a little on the smaller side compared to newer constructions, but the overall convenience of the location makes up for it.

The location near Nanganallur is quite convenient, especially with St. Thomas Mount Metro Station nearby. This makes commuting to our IT jobs much easier. Navin's Housing & Properties delivered this project some time ago, March 2002, but it seems to be holding up well. The main concern for us is the parking, it seems a bit limited, especially if we have guests over. We will need to confirm this.

Navin's Housing & Properties completed this project ages ago, March 2002, so it's not brand new, but the area is well-connected to Jawaharlal Nehru Road and the Chennai Trichy Highway. We did notice some dust from ongoing work nearby, but that should settle down. Overall, a solid move.

It's a comfortable size for me. The proximity to St. Thomas Mount Metro Station at nearby is fantastic for my commute to work. Navin's Housing & Properties built this project a long time ago, back in March 2002, but the building and the lift seem to be functioning fine. My only real concern is the noise from the main road, it can get a bit loud sometimes, but I’m hoping to get used to it.
