We were looking for a larger home than our rental and found Navin Lalitha. We bought a 1050 square feet 2 BHK flat. Being ready to move was essential. The location in Nanganallur is excellent, very close to St. Thomas Mount Metro Station, making our commutes much easier. We also appreciate being near schools and hospitals. The price felt a bit steep, around 80 Lakh for our unit, but the builder, Navin's Housing & Properties, has delivered on time before. The construction is from 1999, so it's an older building, but it seems well-maintained. The only real drawback is that parking can be quite challenging if you have more than one vehicle. Otherwise, it's a comfortable living space.

The location in Nanganallur is very convenient, close to Jawaharlal Nehru Road and the Chennai Trichy Highway. My 2 BHK flat is a good size, around 890 square feet carpet area. The building has lifts which is essential for someone my age. Maintenance has been generally okay over the yea, though some parts do show their age. Overall, it's a peaceful place to live with good connectivity to the rest of the city. The price when I bought it was quite reasonable compared to today's rates. I feel safe here and have my routines sorted.
