We recently bought a 2 BHK in Naveen Castle. My husband works in the IT corridor and the proximity to the Airport Metro Station, nearby, is a big plus for his commute. The built-up area for the 2 BHK is around 847 to 1123 Sq.ft, which gives us enough space. The price was in the middle of our budget, around 40 Lakhs. We loved the landscaping and tree planting; it makes the gated community feel very green and pleasant. The construction quality looks solid. The only slight issue is the traffic noise sometimes, as it is not too far from a main road, but we are getting used to it. Power backup is a good feature to have.

While the location is good for schools and hospitals like Kauvery Hospital, which is also nearby, the overall dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity can be a bit botheome at times.
