I decided on Navdeep Amrit Kalash for its ready-to-move status and good location in Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar. Being close to Nandan Kanan Road is convenient for business travel. The amenities like 24/7 water supply and power backup are functional. I bought a 2 BHK with a carpet area of 757 square feet. It fits my needs. Navdeep Construction Co delivered the project by December 2022. The internal roads are quite good. One thing I noticed is the parking area could be a bit larger, especially if you have guests over frequently.
