The price was at the higher end of our budget, closer to 43 Lakh, but the quality of construction seems good. Nava Jyothi Developecompleted this project in August 2014, and it is ready to move in. We appreciate the solar water heating system, which should help with utility bills. The apartment is Vastu compliant, which was a requirement for us. The proximity to Cloudnine Hospital is also reassuring. Parking is sufficient, but the approach road is narrow.

That makes the morning rush so much easier. We got a 3 BHK apartment, which is around 1300 square feet, so there is enough space for the kids.
