The flat is conveniently located near MGM Healthcare, which is about a 10-minute drive. The area, Aminjikarai on Nelson Manikkam Road, is quite busy, and traffic can be a bit of an issue during rush hour, especially getting to the hospital. However, the apartment itself is a good size, and the natural light is excellent. I haven't had any major issues with the construction quality so far. Natwest Estates delivered this project some time ago, around June 2009. The price was reasonable for the location, considering it's a well-established area in Chennai.
