We finally decided to buy our own place after yeaof renting near Park Street. Natural Park View in Mullick Bazar seemed like a good option. The 3 BHK flats are quite large, around 2100 square feet built up, which gives us plenty of room to grow. It's also ready to move, so we don't have to wait ages for possession. The location is fantastic, very close to Park Street itself. The only drawback is the traffic on Park Street can get quite heavy during peak hou, but we are getting used to it. We liked that the developer, Natural Group, has been around for a while.
