As a single woman working in Chennai, safety and convenience were my top priorities when looking for a flat. Narendra Aashirwad in Vepery seemed like a good choice. It's ready to move in, which is perfect for me. The proximity to Egmore Metro Station, just over a kilometer away, makes commuting very easy. I can get to my office in less than 30 minutes. Purasawalkam High Road is also close by, so shopping and other necessities are easily accessible. The developer, Narendra Properties Ltd, has a reputation for timely delivery. My only small concern is that the surrounding roads can get a bit dusty during construction work nearby, but hopefully that will settle down soon. The apartment itself is comfortable.

Having CMC Maritime Academy and MGM Healthcare so close is a huge relief, knowing that quality medical facilities are just minutes away. The connectivity via Purasawalkam High Road and SH 114 is good. However, finding parking space can be a bit of a challenge, especially if you have guests over. It’s something to consider. My kids' school is not too far, which saves us a lot of travel time. We also liked that MGM Healthcare is very nearby in case of emergencies. One thing we noticed is that the traffic on MilleRoad can get quite heavy during peak hou, so getting out of the area sometimes takes longer than expected. Otherwise, it's a good neighbourhood.
