I bought a 3 BHK apartment with a carpet area of 1222 Sq.ft. The price point of 63.54 L for the larger unit is competitive considering the size. Narayani Developehave a track record, and the project was ready to move since June 2018. The main attraction is the potential for rental income due to its location. However, I am a bit concerned that the Occupation Certificate (OC) is not available, which could be a hurdle for some tenants or future buyeAlso, the open parking might not be ideal for everyone. The landscaping and tree planting are a nice touch.
