The project being ready to move since October 2017 means immediate returns are possible if I decide to rent it out. The amenities like the Multipurpose Hall and Gymnasium add value for prospective tenants. Narayan Realty has a reputation for delivering projects. While I haven't seen the specific pricing, the location behind Narayan Villas on Sunpharma Padra Road is in a growing part of Vadodara. We really liked the idea of having a Yoga / Meditation Area and a Tennis Court within the complex. It's located behind Narayan Villas on Sunpharma Padra Road, which is a developing area in Vadodara. Being ready to move in since October 2017 is fantastic, as we didn't want to wait. We looked at the construction quality, and it seems solid. While the location is generally quiet, sometimes there's a bit of dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas, which is a small concern.
