I picked a 1195 square feet 2 BHK. The built-up area feels good, and the layout is quite practical for a single peon or a small family. I liked the landscaping and the idea of rainwater harvesting. Being close to Mysore road is convenient for commuting. The main issue I found is the parking situation; it seems a bit tight, especially for visitoHowever, the overall feel of the project and the fact that it’s ready gave me the confidence to book my fit home here with Narayan Enterprises.

We purchased a 1195 square feet 2 BHK apartment. It has enough space for us and for when our children visit. The location near the Nimishamba Temple is peaceful, though sometimes traffic can get a bit heavy on Mysore road especially during peak houThe children's play area is nice for visiting grandchildren. Security seems good, which is important. Narayan Enterprises seems to have a decent reputation.

Moving from a rented place, we wanted a permanent home. We finally chose Narayan Ne Amor in Ideal Homes Township. It felt like a good upgrade from our rental flat. The 2 BHK apartments are spacious, the one we saw was about 1253 square feet built up. It’s great that it’s ready to move. Having VSS International Public School so close is fantastic for our child. Gleneagles BGS Hospital is also nearby, which gives us peace of mind. We did notice some construction dust around the area, but that’s expected in an active locality. The indoor games facility is a nice bonus for weekends. Narayan Enterprises seems to have completed the project well.
