We were looking for a comfortable home in Ahmedabad after retirement and Narayan Krupal Heritage caught our eye. The location in Prahlad Nagar is quite convenient, close to the 200 Feet Road. We decided on a 2 BHK flat which has a super builtup area of 1395 Sq.ft, giving us enough space. It was ready to move in, which was a big plus. The amenities like the gymnasium and jogging track are nice for staying active. The price was around 85 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the space and location. My only slight concern is the traffic on 100 Ft Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, but we manage. Overall, it's a good place for a peaceful life.

Prahlad Nagar is a developing area with good connectivity to the Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway and Ring Road, which is attractive for rentals. The project was completed in 2014 and is ready to move. While the price point is a bit high, starting from 81.38 Lakhs for a 2 BHK up to 1.12 Crore for a 3 BHK, the potential for appreciation seems good. The nearby DAV International School and Shalby Hospitals are also a positive factor. I am hoping for good rental yields.

The 2 BHK flat we got is 1368 Sq.ft, which is a decent size for our family. The project by Narayankrupa Infra has a lot of amenities like a creche, indoor games, and a terrace garden. We paid around 81 Lakhs for our unit. It is ready to move, so we could settle in quickly. The only drawback I've noticed is that parking can be a bit challenging during evenings when many residents return. The overall atmosphere is peaceful though.

Narayankrupa Infra has provided many facilities like a gymnasium, badminton court, and 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which gives a sense of security. It is ready to move. I did notice some dust from ongoing construction on adjacent plots, but hopefully that will settle down soon. The 100 Ft Road nearby can be busy.
