Narayan Heritage is conveniently located near Vejalpur Gam, just a stone's throw from DAV International School and the hospital. I looked at a 2 BHK, which had a built-up area of about 1308 square feet. The price was within my expected range, roughly 55 Lakh. It is a ready-to-move project, which is a huge plus. The cycling track and jogging path are nice amenities for staying active. Narayankrupa Infra has provided basic facilities like power backup and security.

It is ready to move in, and we liked that we could see the actual flat. The price range of 51.67 Lakh to 72.72 Lakh was a bit stretched for our budget, but we managed. The price of around 65 Lakh seemed reasonable given the location near the 200 Feet Road and proximity to essential places like Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospitals. Narayankrupa Infra completed this project in 2013. One thing to note is that Vejalpur Gam can get quite busy, and traffic can be an issue during peak hou, especially getting onto the main roads. However, the availability of a children's play area and gymnasium makes it attractive for families.

Road in Vejalpur Gam and also close to the Ring Road and Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway. Narayankrupa Infra completed this development in 2013. My only minor concern is that the parking area seems a bit congested, especially when more visitoarrive. Other than that, the children's play area is a hit with our little one.
