I chose Naoolin AA1325 because Naoolin Realcon Private Limited has a reputation for timely delivery, and this project was completed in September 2023 and is ready to move in. My parents wanted to be close to medical facilities, so the nearby distance to Tata Medical Center was perfect. I bought them an 843 sq.ft 2 BHK flat for approximately 57.86 Lakh. They are happy with the 24x7 water supply and the general upkeep of the complex. The location in New Town is quite convenient for them, with good access to daily necessities. The zero brokerage aspect was also attractive. I haven't peonally visited recently, but they report no major issues.

I was looking for a convenient location for my business operations and also a place for my parents to stay. Naoolin AA1325 in New Town, Kolkata, fit the bill. The proximity to Rabindra Tirtha Metro Station, nearby, is excellent for connectivity. I purchased a 2 BHK flat of 843 sq.ft for 57.86 Lakh onwards. The construction by Naoolin Realcon Private Limited looks solid, and it's ready to move in, which was essential for me. However, there's a fair bit of construction dust from nearby sites, which can be a nuisance during dry spells. Power backup is available, which is good. The nearby Delhi Public School is also a plus, though a bit further at nearby. I’m hoping the dust issue gets resolved soon.
