The project by Nanu Estates PVT LTD D offeamenities like a paved compound and landscaping. My main concern is the dust. Being close to major roads, especially during construction phases in the surrounding areas, it can get quite dusty. However, the construction quality itself appeasolid, and the apartment is spacious enough for my family.

The location in Margao, South Goa is good, very close to the hospital and also the Margao Domestic Bus Station, which is nearby. This makes commuting very straightforward. The building has lifts, which is essential. The only minor issue I've encountered is that the water pressure can drop a bit on the upper flooduring peak usage times, but it's manageable. The developer Nanu Estates PVT LTD D seems to have provided decent amenities.
