The location in Pratibha Nagar is developing, and it's good that they have amenities like landscaping and tree planting. The 24X7 water supply and fire protection systems are reliable. It's also reassuring that they have a sewage treatment plant. The proximity to Aster Aadhar Hospital (1.2 km) and the SSC Board Bus Stop (1.4 km) is convenient. However, the approach road from SH277 (1.4 km) is quite narrow and can be a bit challenging during peak traffic. Overall, it's a decent property.
