We purchased a 3 BHK here because it's quite close to Siddaganga Public School, only about 1.8 kilometeaway. The 1200 square feet size offeenough room for our family. The budget was within our range, around 39 Lakh. Having a Gated Community with 24/7 Security is essential for us, especially with children. The power backup is also a significant advantage. While the apartment itself is good, the parking space can be a bit tight if you have multiple vehicles. We also wish the developer had provided the Occupancy Certificate, but for a ready-to-move property, it's manageable. The proximity to Magadi Road is also convenient.

The only drawback I've noticed is that during peak times, traffic towards Mysore Road can be a bit heavy, adding to the commute. However, the convenience of being so close to work and the basic amenities provided outweigh this. The Vastu compliant design was also appealing.
