Nandi Gardens Phase 2, located in JP Nagar 9th Phase, offered a 2 BHK flat with a comfortable super builtup area of about 900 square feet. The price of around 38 Lakh was quite attractive. I appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the general landscaping and tree planting which makes the environment pleasant. The presence of lifts is essential for ease of movement. Being ready to move in since January 2014 means the initial setup phase is over. The visitor parking is also a thoughtful inclusion for when family visits.
