Nandi Gardens Phase 2, located in JP Nagar 9th Phase, offered a 2 BHK flat with a comfortable super builtup area of about 900 square feet. The price of around 38 Lakh was quite attractive. I appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the general landscaping and tree planting which makes the environment pleasant. The presence of lifts is essential for ease of movement. Being ready to move in since January 2014 means the initial setup phase is over. The visitor parking is also a thoughtful inclusion for when family visits.

The location in JP Nagar 9th Phase is quite accessible, and it's good that the Konanakunte Cross Metro Station is nearby, making commutes easier. We are looking at a 3 BHK, which has a super builtup area ranging from 1150 to 1250 square feet. The price point of 31.98 Lakh to 51.25 Lakh is reasonable for this area. Having a gymnasium and a badminton court on-site is a great bonus for our active lifestyle. The project was completed in January 2014, and it is ready to move in. The price range of 31.98 Lakh to 51.25 Lakh is quite competitive for South Bangalore. The completion date of January 2014 means the property has aged reasonably well, and it is ready to move in. The availability of car parking and a security cabin are standard but necessary features. My main reservation is the lack of readily available information regarding OC received status, which is a key factor for due diligence. The gym and children's play area are decent additions.
