    We chose Nandan Green View because of its proximity to ICON SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE, it's literally a 5-minute walk. Kauvery Hospital is also very close, which gives us peace of mind. The 1160 Sq.ft built-up area for our 2 BHK is quite spacious for the family. Kids are already enjoying the play area. The landscaping looks nice and the developer seems to have kept up with maintenance. My only concern is the traffic congestion in Electronic City during peak hou, it can get quite bad. But having the school and hospital so nearby makes it worth it.
