    I decided to invest in Nandaki Infra for my parents because they wanted to live in a quieter part of Rajahmundry. The proximity to Jawaharlal Nehru Road is very helpful for easy navigation around the city. I am buying one of their 3 BHK apartments which offea carpet area of 1097 square feet. It is currently under construction with a completion date set for May 2027, which gives me enough time to manage everything from abroad. My parents visited the site and were happy with the location and the general layout. I did find the communication from the builder, Nandaki Infra, a bit slow sometimes due to time zone differences, but they eventually address all my questions. Looking forward to the project completion.
