After retiring, I wanted a comfortable and convenient place to settle down. Nandadeep Sai Swami offered a ready-to-move 1 BHK flat with a carpet area of 447 sq.ft. The location in Shani Nagar, Daund is relatively quiet which I appreciate. It is close to St. Sebastian High School & Junior College, nearby, and also near the PYRAMID HOSPITAL at nearby. The developer, Nandadeep BuildeAnd Develope, has ensured the building has lifts, which is a must for me. Access to SH-67 passing through is also convenient for occasional travel. My only minor complaint would be that the carpet area, while adequate, feels a little compact in the living room space. However, for my needs, it is manageable. The project was completed in January 2019.

The project is ready to move, which was a major factor as I didn't want to wait. It's located in Shani Nagar, Daund. The area is developing, and it's nice that St. Sebastian High School & Junior College is nearby, which is good for the future. The developer, Nandadeep BuildeAnd Develope, has provided lifts. I noticed some dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is a minor annoyance, but hopefully, that will settle down soon. The flat layout is quite practical and I am happy with the initial feel of the place.

The location in Daund, Shani Nagar is where my parents are comfortable. It is relatively close to the Daund Main ST Stand Bus Stop, nearby. The building has lifts, which is important for my parents. I also checked that the developer, Nandadeep BuildeAnd Develope, has completed projects before. The main highway access seems good with National Highway 65 being nearby. While the parking is closed, I hope it is sufficient for my parents' needs. It seems like a peaceful locality overall.

We needed a place that was ready to move in and Nandadeep Sai Swami fit the bill. Got a 1 BHK flat here which has a carpet area of 447 sq.ft. The location in Daund, Shani Nagar is decent, though it’s a bit far from the main Pune city. It's good that National Highway 65 is nearby, making longer journeys easier. The building itself has lifts which are essential. My only slight concern is the parking, it's closed car parking but can feel a bit cramped if you have a larger vehicle. Overall, it’s a functional property for the price we paid, and the developer Nandadeep BuildeAnd Developeseems to have completed the project on time as it was ready by January 2019. The nearby PYRAMID HOSPITAL is also very convenient.

The project is ready to move in, which was perfect for us. We liked that PYRAMID HOSPITAL is very close, nearby. The location in Shani Nagar, Daund is okay, but the road leading to it, DFA CHS Rd, can be a bit narrow and busy during peak houThis is probably my biggest concern. However, the developer, Nandadeep BuildeAnd Develope, has provided lifts and closed car parking. The flat itself feels spacious enough for our growing family. We are hoping the traffic situation improves over time as the area develops further and more people move in.
