We were looking for a villa near Hosur for a while. Nandaavana Avenue by Nandaavana Promoteseemed like a good option. We got a 3 BHK villa which is around 1200 Sq.ft built up. It’s ready to move which was a big plus for us. The price was about 40 Lakhs, which was within our budget. The landscaped gardens and the swimming pool are nice, my wife uses the pool regularly. The location is good, very close to the highway. My only small issue is that the roads within the community are a bit narrow, and sometimes it gets tricky to maneuver caAlso, there was some dust from ongoing construction on nearby plots, but that is settling down now. Overall, it feels like a decent place for us.

We moved into our 4 BHK villa at Nandaavana Avenue last year. The built-up area is quite spacious, ranging from 1600 to 1800 Sq.ft, which is perfect for our family. Having Maharishi Vidya Mandir school so close was the main reason we chose this location. It's also convenient that SRI CHANDRA SEKARA HOSPITAL is nearby, just in case. The children’s play area is well-maintained and my kids love it. The Nandaavana Promoteteam was helpful during the purchase process. The price for our villa was around 60 Lakhs. The only downside is the traffic on Hosur Road during peak houcan be quite heavy, making commutes a little stressful sometimes. But generally, it's a good neighbourhood for families.
