I finally found a place that feels right for me in South Hyderabad. Namishree Trident seemed like a good option. The 3 BHK flats are quite spacious, starting from 1650 square feet. I liked that it's Vastu compliant, which is important to me. The price range of 1.26 Crore to 1.48 Crore is a bit high, but the location in Auto Nagar is convenient enough for my commute. They mention a clubhouse with a gym and pool, which will be great for unwinding after work. Security is also 24x7, which gives me peace of mind. The completion date was January 2022, and it's still under construction, so I'm hoping it finishes soon. Need to check on the parking situation though, as closed car parking is listed.

Bought a 3 BHK for my parents who live in Hyderabad. Namishree Trident in Auto Nagar, Vanasthalipuram, seemed like a good choice for them. The built-up area is a decent size, between 1650 to 1955 square feet. My parents will appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the jogging track. It's also good to know there is a fire fighting system in place. The price point, around 1.35 Crore for the unit we selected, felt reasonable for the amenities offered. The developer, Namishree Infrastructure And Project Pvt Ltd, has a mixed reputation, but we are hopeful they will deliver on time. It’s still under construction, so we'll see how it turns out.

The 3 BHK flats are spacious, around 1700 square feet. The price, about 1.3 Crore, was within our reach after saving for a while. It's great that it's Vastu compliant. The location in Auto Nagar is decent, close to Bhashyam High School which might be useful later. My only worry is the traffic on the main roads during peak hou, as it gets quite congested. We are hoping Namishree Infrastructure And Project Pvt Ltd finishes the project well and on time.

My main concern is the ongoing construction noise, which can be a bit botheome during the day. I am also hoping the water conservation and rainwater harvesting systems work effectively.
