After a lot of searching, I decided on a 3 BHK flat in Naman Dezire Home. It's ready to move, and the completion date was June 2024, so it's very recent. The location in Morabadi, Tetartoli is relatively peaceful compared to other parts of Ranchi. I was impressed with the inclusion of essential amenities like a lift, power backup, and fire fighting systems. The developer, Naman Realto, seems committed to providing basic necessities. My main issue is the access road. For about 200 mete, it's a narrow lane, which can be inconvenient during peak houor for larger vehicles. Still, the overall structure and the inclusion of rain water harvesting are commendable features.
