    We were looking for a plot to build our own house after living in rentals for so long. Nakshatra Sumukha Residency offered plots in the range of 1200 Sq.ft to 2400 Sq.ft. We chose a 2400 Sq.ft plot for about 24 Lakh. It's Ready to Move, which means we can start construction soon. The amenities like the club house and swimming pool are a big draw for us, something we definitely didn't have in our rented place. The location in Huskur is peaceful, away from the city's main hustle. My husband liked the idea of having 3 open sides for the plot, giving us more light and ventilation. The price is a bit higher than we initially planned, but the space and amenities justify it. We hope the Nakshatra Developemaintain the common areas well.
