My partner and I were looking for a modern apartment in Ahmedabad and Nakshatra Heights caught our eye. We liked the idea of the yoga room and the jogging track for our fitness routines. We are considering a 2 BHK which ranges from 469 to 545 square feet, priced between 25 to 30 Lakhs. The smart TV and phone points are a nice touch for a tech-savvy couple like us. The location in Narolgam is developing, and it’s good that there's a multispeciality hospital nearby. However, the metro station is nearby, which is a bit of a distance. Nakshatra Buildcon has also included concealed copper wiring, which is a safety plus.

The 24x7 water supply and closed car parking are definite positives. I also appreciate the banking and ATM onsite. The Nakshatra Buildcon project is ready to move in, which meant I didn't have to wait long. My only concern is the dust from nearby construction, which can be a bit botheome sometimes, especially with the open spaces around. Still, the community buildings and the overall feel of the place are good for a single occupant.
