The 3 BHK flats are quite large, with carpet areas ranging from 724 Sq.ft up to 831 Sq.ft, giving us plenty of room for our children. Having the SMSM High School a short distance was a major deciding factor for us. The 24x7 water supply is a definite advantage. The structure is earthquake resistant, which is a crucial safety feature for any family home. Sometimes the traffic on the Garden Road can be a bit much during peak hou, but generally, it's a quiet neighbourhood. The building was completed in July 2021 and is ready for occupancy.
