We chose Nahar Vibha for our family because of the location. It's good that Nellai Nadar Matriculation Higher Secondary School is only about 2 kilometeaway, making school runs easy. The children's play area here is also a nice space for my kids to run around after school. We got a 2 BHK flat which is 904 square feet, a good size for us. The price was around 1.04 Crore, which felt reasonable for this area. We are still waiting for the occupancy certificate though, which is a bit concerning since it's supposed to be ready to move. The landscaping is quite pleasant, makes the place feel green. Overall, it's a decent option for families.

The price is on the higher side, around 1.2 Crore, but the amenities like the gymnasium and 24x7 CCTV surveillance add value. Being close to OMR and ECR is fantastic for our commutes. However, I did notice the parking area seemed a bit tight, which might be an issue during busy times. The project completion is slated for December 2024, and I am keen to move in soon.
