Being a single woman, safety was my top concern, and the 24x7 security and gated community aspect really put my mind at ease. The location is convenient, with Promed Hospital a short distance and the Thiruvanmiyur Bus Stop a short 5-minute walk. This makes commuting very easy. The 3 BHK flat I got has good ventilation. I appreciate the inclusion of fire sprinkleand a fire fighting system as part of the amenities provided by Nahar Foundation’s Pvt. Ltd. The only downside is the noise from the nearby main road can be a bit much sometimes, especially during daytime. But for the most part, it’s a peaceful place to live.
