This is my fit home purchase, and I chose Nahar East for a 3 BHK. The built-up area is quite generous, ranging from 1375 to 1470 Sq.ft, which felt spacious during the site visit. The location is excellent, especially being right next to Nellai Nadar Matriculation Higher Secondary School and Prashanth Super Speciality Hospital, both within nearby. This makes life so much easier. While the budget of 1.79 Cr to 1.91 Cr was at the higher end of my expectations, the quality of construction seems good. The completion date is set for March 2026.
