My wife and I visited Nagjua The Park last weekend to check out the progress. We really liked the layout of the 3 BHK apartments which offer good space. Being located on Daman Road is a huge advantage for us since it makes commuting much easier. The list of amenities like the swimming pool and mini theatre sounds exciting for the weekends. Nagjua Lifespaces seems to be doing a solid job with the construction speed. We are currently comparing a few options but this looks promising for a new home. The only concern is that since the project is under construction, there is a lot of dust in the surrounding area right now. Hopefully, it settles down once things are finished by June 2025.

Moving from a rented house into our own home at Nagjua The Park has been a big decision for us. We chose an 868 Sq.ft 2 BHK unit because it fits our family perfectly. Nagjua The Park is definitely one of the bigger projects coming up in Chala. I liked the inclusion of a cricket pitch and volleyball court because staying active is important to me. The clubhouse facility looks like it will be quite grand once it is ready. I checked the construction quality during my last site visit and it seems very robust. Getting to the Vapi Railway Station is quite quick from here, which is great for my business trips. Nagjua Lifespaces is building a massive complex, and I hope they manage the maintenance well once the handover starts. For anyone looking for a luxury lifestyle with a disco and theater, this place is going to be the center of attraction in Vapi soon.

We are very excited about our new flat at Nagjua The Park because of the amazing amenities for children. The skating rink and the cricket pitch are going to be huge hits with my kids. It is very close to schools and the Parvarish Children Hospital, which is perfect for our daily needs. The 3 BHK unit we selected has a great flow and plenty of natural light. Nagjua Lifespaces has been updating us regularly about the status of the construction. We are counting down to June 2025. It is a bit far from the main city market, but the internal grocery shop should make daily grocery shopping much easier for us once we move in. Very happy with the decision.

My only minor worry is that the visitor parking might get a bit crowded during festivals, but the overall plan seems well thought out for the current demand.
