We purchased a plot in Nagar 12 for my parents back home in Nagpur. The location on Wardha Road, Jamtha seems quite promising with good connectivity to the Outer Ring road and National Highway VII. Mauli Infra is developing this project and they have various plot sizes available, from 970 Sq.ft up to 10061 Sq.ft. My parents liked the idea of having a jogging track and a gymnasium within the project for their daily activities. The price range was also within our budget, starting from around 13.57 Lakh. They also mentioned solid waste management and rain water harvesting, which are good for long term living. We are hoping for a smooth construction process and timely delivery by December 2025. It feels good knowing they will have a comfortable place to stay.
