The only small worry is that construction dust is quite visible on the nearby roads, but that's expected with ongoing projects. School - Kandlakoya just a 9-minute drive away was a major deciding factor. Also, Medinova Super Speciality Hospital being close by gives us peace of mind. The project is still under construction, aiming for completion in August 2026. The water conservation and rainwater harvesting amenities are good initiatives by N V R Constructions. However, the road leading to the project site could be better maintained; it's a bit rough and dusty right now. Overall, we are happy with the potential of the area and the apartment size.
