We were looking to upgrade from our rented place and N K N K Homes in Sector 3A seemed like a good step up. The earthquake-resistant structure was a must-have for us. We got a decent flat size which feels much better than our previous rental. The 24x7 water supply is reliable, and the power backup ensures we are never without essentials. The proximity to Gurugram Railway Station Bus Stop (0.7 km) is also useful for occasional travel. While the project itself is nice, the dust from ongoing construction nearby can be a minor nuisance sometimes. Overall, a good move.
