Shakainah Baptist Academy School is just a 5-minute walk away, which is perfect for my son. The flat size is around 750 square feet for our 2 BHK, which feels quite spacious for the price. The building has a lift which is helpful, and closed car parking is also a plus. The only issue we've noticed is that the traffic noise can be a bit loud during peak housince it's near a school and hospital. Overall, it's a decent place for a family.
