We are looking at a 3 BHK which is about 1100 sq.ft, spacious enough. The availability of power backup is crucial for us. The location is decent, with the hospital nearby. The presence of a lift is also important. The main issue is the narrow lane access, which can be a bit inconvenient sometimes.
